Rocket Fizz has leased 2,000 square feet in the heart of Magnolia Park. The main goal of this Lease transaction was to relocate the existing store at 2112 Magnolia closer to the pedestrian neighborhood. Porto’s Bakery, a driving force of traffic in the community, is just down the block and will be an ideal co-tenant to Rocket Fizz, a Franchise that specializes in the sale of prepackaged soda pop and candy. This deal has been in the works since November 2010 and Rocket Fizz is proud to become the newest addition to Magnolia Park. Daniel Sagal represented the Tenants in this transaction, valued at just under $200,000.
