Emblem, with the assistance of Ron Feder, tracked the asset for close to a year. After the property finally went back to the Bank, Ron contacted the lender and followed up for 4 months prior to the bank listing the property for sale. After negotiating the purchase contract, Emblem was extremely pleased to acquire the property at a favorable price to relocate their business. The sale was just under $1,800,000.
