The downleg and upleg transaction created a significant increase in cashflow for the buyer who Rami helped transition out of a vacant non-income generating property in California. Rami ran an extensive search for substitute properties and helped the buyer find this off market property and assisted the buyer in closing the transaction in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
